Island Jay's General Wholesale Policies

Island Jay is a brand that recognizes quality. We pride ourselves by offering products better then what a typical beach shop. This is why our retail website maintains over 25,000+ reviews and 94% of them are 5 star.  

Opening orders must be $500 or more.
Repeat orders must be $200 or more.

Payments
We accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, business check or certified check. We do not offer net terms or COD. There are no additional fees for paying with a credit card or Paypal. Payments must be complete before the order ships.

Shipping
All product is made to order and will ship from our Oldsmar, FL location. Most orders will ship in about 2-4 business days. Some orders can take up to 7 days to ship.  If you order is time sensitive, please contact us. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and distance from Oldsmar, FL. Pick up options are available for local wholesale customers.

Pricing & Selling

  • You cannot sell any Island Jay product online. There are no exceptions including Ebay, Amazon, or your own website. You are welcome to post on your website or social media accounts that you offer Island Jay products.
  • MAP pricing must be followed at all times.

Wholesale Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. You may refund or exchange, your choice. Your products return must in in new, resalable condition with all tags and retail packaging.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee is we are refunding your return. If you are exchanging there is no restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping a replacement back to you.

Failure to adhere to our wholesale policies may result in your wholesale account ending. This would make our inhouse bartender sad. Of course if there is an error made on our end we will gladly take care of it at no cost to you. Please contact us if you ever have any questions or concerns.
